Teresa was born to Blenn and Dorothy on the 24th February 1972 in Bloemfontein. She married Kevin Scanes on 7 December 1996 and have 2 childern: Danica, born 24 January 1998 and Kael born 2 January 2003. The Scanes clan currently reside in Krugersdorp.
